Customer Insights - Data Connector

Hello, I have a D365 Customer Insights - Journeys application that I want to connect to an existing CI Data instance.

When I select the Customer Insights - Data connector, it show this. How do I proceed in connecting them?

Customer Insights - Data Connector

Hi,

The outbound marketing module is not available for our test account，so we tested it with the real-time module.

You need to make sure that the environment for customer insights journey and customer insights data is the same, as shown in the figure below:
