Management Reporter - Printing issue

Good Morning,

I have a very strange issue with management reporter.

When generating a report in the web viewer I can see the report and all pages of the report without an issue, however when I want to print it I hit print preview and the report comes up by the system is only recognizing that there is one page when in fact there should be at least 2.

Has anyone ever encountered this issue before, and if so how did you fix it?

    From my experience printing from the Web Viewer is riddled with issues.  It prints like the report is a web page  unless something has changed in the last update I believe this is still the case.  Typically I see it suggested that if you need to print, then switch to the Application Viewer and print from there.

    Unfortunately that isn't a solution in this case as these are viewers that have been setup and they do not have the application viewer installed on all those machines.

    I am not concerned that the document prints like a web page what does concern me is that it only sees one page.

    Understood.  What browser are they using?  I can say I've had better success with Web Viewer printing with Firefox than IE.  Hopefully someone else can chime in.

    I have experienced this issue also, Chrome also works great when printing from the Web Viewer.
