Automatic scheduled data exports & imports between Production and Sandbox

Hi,
 
I need to setup an automatic scheduled data export from our Dynamics 365 production environment and import it into our Sandbox UAT environment. We'd like to do this to stop our UAT environment falling out of date with the data in production. 
 
I've been reading through various documentation but so far have not found a way to do this.
 
Not sure if this is even possible to do but if some one knows how and could help, that's be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, I think you can try Power Automate. However, if the standard APIs do not meet your needs, this requires customization.
    Below are some examples of exporting to external files that you can directly link into another environment.

    You can work with the APIs exposed by the BC manager and plan environment deletion and production copy.

    There's no such thing out of the box. Usually this is one by copying the production environment into a new sandbox environment every time.
