CRM 2011 for Outlook - SOAP security negotiation

In my deployment, the CRM 2011 for Outlook worked well since July 2013.

Start from 01 Feb 2014, my users told me, the [Track in CRM] button was disabled. It happened to all other user. However, all users are accessible to CRM web-site via Internet Explorer.

I removed the configuration. After that, I tried to re-configured the URL, and clicked the [Test Connection] button. Then I encountered the following message

"SOA security negotation...."

I also posted a thread in the social.microsoft.com/forums. Tried the recommended methods, but still no luck.

Anyone encountered the same problem before?

    Hello,

From the screen shot posted in the other thread, I see that you are using the IP address while doing a test connection. Please use the CRM Org URL to do that test connection and let us know.

    Thanks,

    Rob Moses

    Hi Rob,

Yes, originally, when we rolled-out the system, we were using IP address (it is a Load Balancer Virtual IP). It was working since Jul 2013.

However, start from 01 Feb 2014, all the users encountered [Track in CRM] button was disabled.

So it lead me to re-configure the CRM for Outlook. When I tried to re-configured, I encountered this problem.
