Hi,
I have posted the sales transaction entry batch with 6 transaction (invoices) in it. The transactions is perfectly posted till RM but when i check the batch transaction in GL, it shows only five transactions. The last transaction is missing. Please help me on this issue.

Ok - so let me make sure I understand the complete picture:
The only logical conclusion was either the transaction was deleted from the GL or an error was incurred during the posting process. I think it'll be hard to determine "what" exactly happened, so the answer is to just create a JE in the GL for the missing RM transaction.
You could also run the Reconcile to GL routine (Microsoft Dynamics GP >> Tools >> Routines >> Financial >> Reconcile to GL) and how the subledger ties to the GL.

No its the company transaction.
Is the missing transaction an intercompany transaction? I do not know about sales transactions but in purchasing transactions an intercompany transaction might look like it is missing from the original company when the intercompany operation creates the due to and due from and sends the purchasing entry to the destination company.

Thanks for the quick reply.
The batch is not in the batch recovery window.
I can see the transaction in inquiry window, yes the transaction show an open status in the RM.
But the transaction batch which holds all the six transaction is posted in GL.
Out of 6 transaction 5 transaction are posted perfectly but only one transaction is found missing in the GL.
One more thing, I found that one journal entry is also missing in GL.
I doubt might be the missing JE is the one which holds the missing transaction.

Is their a batch in Batch Recovery with the transaction? Are you able to see the transaction action in the Customer or document inquiry screen? Does it show an open or work status?
