Sales order table sales invoice and posting tables

Hi Experts,

I want to know about something, Sales Order line table is (Sales line(data is stored in sales Line table ) Sales order header table is (Sales Table)Stored data i mean to say) last stage is invoicing for that system use table(CustInvoicejour) right??

After the above process the transaction goes through posting profile or subledger (I know posting profile are integrating GL with other module Now finally what are the GL tables where these transactions are stored(GeneralJournal) ?? Please check my this question and answer me. I always appreciate of your valuable suggestions and thanks in advances.

Hi Shabir,

There are two groups of tables involved in the posting -

1. SubLedger - Here records are inserted into CustInvoiceJour for the header and CustInviceTrans for the lines. A record is also inserted into CustTrans (displayed in customer transactions form).

2. Ledger - The main tables involved here are GeneralLedgerEntry and GeneralLedgerAccountEntry. These tables can be joined with other tables as well to get all the details.

Hi Gunjan Bhattacharyya ,

Thanks for your suggestion, but let me rectify here Table names are "GeneralJournalEntery" not GeneralLedgerEntry and GeneralJournalaccountEntry not GeneralLedgerAccountEntry.
