SL 2015 report template delete

I am not able to delete any report templates.

I am going to the report, clicking on actions and template, selecting the template id, clicking delete and save but it wont go away.

Any thoughts

    Microsoft identified this as a bug and I was told they wouldn't be fixing it until the next version.
