Print driver host for 32bit applications has stopped working when printing checks through remote desktop

All our users have been experiencing this problem, only when printing checks.  All other print jobs function normally without any error.

We are currently on Dynamics GP 2015 with Windows 10 64bit.  We also use Mekorma MICR for check printing and our network printer is HP LaserJet P3015.

I have tried removing all printer devices and upgraded the latest printer driver and firmware from the manufacturer website, but the problem still persists.

You may want to contact Mekorma at support@Mekorma.com.  I recall there being an issue on one of their versions on 64-bit systems and they would have you run "MekormaPERegister.bat" .  I searched their support site, but could not find it.  A quick email to them and they will be able to take care of your issue.

    Hi Mark,

    Just a couple of questions.

What is Mekorma MICR? The message is pointing to a 32 bit application.

Does HP have 64 bit drivers for that printer?
