"Xactly Corp" has the sales performance management tool. basically we are looking for it to have commission management done. but this can be integrated only with Sales-force. Do you know any similar tool which can be integrated with MSCRM?!

whole motive is to : track of paying out commission to sales people once the customer is set up in dynamices

There is a solution - www.qcommission.com/.../dynamics-crm.html

However in 2015/16 there are roll up and calculated fields so I would say that you could easily build something in a few hours based on simple rules
