Hello All Experts,

How "What's new" feature works in dynamics 365.

when we follow the records then it should show the posts and followed records in Sales -> What's New Area.

how to achieve this, i tried following one account record but it's not being displayed in the What's New Area.

can anyone help me in resolving this.

    Hi,

Furthermore, If you only want to show the notification where the account is followed, you have to create a custom workflow to check.

set the advanced find as below and check is the record followed by someone? if yes, only proceed to create the post.

    Hello Wei,

Activity feeds are being displayed when a record is being created.

But when I follow a record e.g. accont or contact and modify it then , modifications notification is not displayed.

I need to know how can we achieve this following and autopost of records.

    Any help will be appreciable.
