How to set up a reminder address, which is not the billing address?

Hi guys,

do you have any idea where and how I can store a reminder address that is not identical to the customer's billing address? Is there any standard behavior?

I am thinking of something like a different billing address/delivery address.

Thank you ;)

    Hello,

Adding to Josh's reply... A Reminder is normally an email to a Customer to pay past due receivables. Yes, this can be mailed, but email is the optimal process used here. The Reminder Bill-to Address will appear on the Reminder Statement. You could change the address on the Reminder, before it is issued.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

    Steve

No standard behaviour. I’m not aware of a product fulfilling this for addresses. Email addresses there are plenty of products doing this
