Version Mismatch ???

Hello Everyone,

I had to replace the whole hardware system for my RMS HQ Server. Now everything is done but running with this version mismatch error. It says "The Current database of version 2.01, while this application requires version 2.00, please run HQ Administrator to correct this problem.”

I tried to upgrade through HQ Administrator but there it shows database version 2.01 and says Database is up to date.

Can anyone help what should I do to fix this? Thank you so much and looking forward to get your help.

    All machines needs to be on the same Service Pack/Hotfix level. Check version numbers on each machine.

    Sounds like you need to install a Service Pack.  Did you do this after you install the HQ server?

    Try to reinstall hot-fix again on all HQ machine. seems like it's not actually installed on any one of the machine.

    Hello Dhan,

    This indeed sounds like you will need to check all of your machines to make sure they are all on the same version. A good way to check it to log into HQ Admin or HQ Manager and click Help | About. The version should be listed, it should be 2.0.0xxx.
