yes it is possible when You will have DYNAMICS.VBA file your GP program folder to design & customise forms and reports

Can you explain, what exactly you are looking for. If it is a custom made application why you want to add into GP, the custom application will work by itself. Using VS Tools For MS Dynamcis GP one can do customizations as that of dexterity, check the link given below.
You will notice their is a DYNAMICS.VBA file sitting in your GP prpgam folder. You drop Windows and Fields into that file and then you can customize those screens. Now a plain old VB EXE can just be added as a shortcut but it will have no knowledge of anything that belongs to GP. Now I suppose if you have the time, you could try to merge your VB code into that VBA file.
