Adding notes to activities but objectid field is empty

Hi mates!
 
I added a subgrid to create notes in activities (appointment, task..) but when I add annotations, in the annotation entity the field object id refered to is empty. Same when I add notes in account profile too.
 
 
 
The purpose of this, I want to create a workflow with a notification mail to the owner of the activity where I have added the note, with the description:  a note is added to your TEST task of the client CLIENT 1
 
Thats why I need to take the field lookup because I need to take the owner of the activity/client to notify him.

    You can use one timeline control to add notes in activities:
    When i access it in the form, the regarding field is not null, and it related to this appointment:
    When I checked here it was blank, but there seemed to be values, they just didn't show up.

    Yes but  is the same question

    I created a workflow to notify by email to the owner of the activity that someone added a note but it doesnt work. I open the form of the note and the regarding field is ok, it is filled by the phonecall where it was created.
