Transfer Order posted wrong - how to reverse in AX 2009 (its belongs to India TO )

Our customer had created Transfer Order ( Stock Transfer ) from Chennai warehouse to Delhi warehouse. He had Shipped it and selected Automatic receive option by mistake.

When checked Transfer order history it is showing only shipment update and entry in Chennai IGST Liability account for GST. Now, how to reverse this as creating new TO from Delhi to Chennai will make entry in Delhi IGST Liability account.

Actually we want to knock off tax entry for Chennai IGST Liability and reverse this transaction if possible. Kindly suggest some way.

If any one know about this issue kindly guide us to solve this issue.

Thanks,

Anjan.

    Hi Anjan,

Where are the items in your system? In your Chennai warehouse or in the Delhi warehouse?

I do not understand what you mentioned in regards to your liability account. Has AX not created a physical inventory transaction when you posted the transfer order?

Would be great if you could clarify.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

    Very thanks to your response,

Actually Items in Chennai Warehouse, OK from Chennai warehouse to Delhi warehouse they did stock transfer order. when checked in TO history its showing only "shipment" update not "received" update. Why Because of Automatic Receive option is selected by (User) mistake, so its not showing any entry in received warehouse Asset Account.

(I do not understand what you mentioned in regards to your liability account):

Tax component is not adding to received warehouse Asset Account because of Auto Receive.

    Best Regards,

    Anjan.

    Hi Anjan,

There is only one way to reverse the effect is by sending the items back to originating warehouse by creating a new transfer order or by posting the transfer journal.but you need to analyse the gst impact for more details...

    Hello Ajith,

So its not possible without creating new Transfer Order ?

Why because if we created new TO then it will consider as new Transfer Order as well and  it will calculate GST also, but we want clear the all transactions Tax values So.

One more thing if we did TO like then from Delhi warehouse will get liability of GST value. but we don't want liability value from Delhi warehouse.

So please check previous updated information and let us know any things to do.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Anjan.
