Hello All Experts,

I Have exported 5000 Records and modified the data wherever required.

I have leaved three columns which itself says , Don't modify.

My query how can this be imported without any .

1. Error

2.No Duplication

3.No Additional records are created.

Only the same records needs to be reimported.

is it feasible to do , if so then how can we do it.

    Hi,

You can import that files without any error, while importing you can select for duplicate, it will update existing records basedon the id hiddent columns without creating any new records.

If facing any issue share it here.

    Hi Octa,

Prior to that, if you are importing excel file which contain 8-10 field, make sure you are not updating more than 7000 record else it will give you import status as Processing/paring and it will stop.

    1) Error : Make sure the data type are correct, example : in your excel if you have lookup field, so make sure you have entered lookup value not the text value.

Also make sure the values which you are updating in lookup are already present in CRM.

    2) No Duplicate : Make sure while updating the record you have the first 3 column values if you don't have it it will create a new record.

    3) No Additional records are created : As mention above if you will make sure first 3 column are present in your excel file it wont create another record.

If You find it helpful, Please mark as Verified.

    Best Regards,

    Shahbaaz
