Is there a way to give a user update access to customer maintenance and not allow then to create a new customer.

    Hi Michael -

    I don't believe there is.   I thought maybe Field Level Security could handle this, but I just tested it and Dynamics GP won't allow Field Level Security to be applied to a Required Field.
