Unable to edit/add ribbon button

Hello Team,

I created a new custom ribbon button in the account entity in DEV, which is not visible after someone overridden the account entity unmanaged solution from the UAT, now I am unable to create a new ribbon as its unedited mode and while exporting the account entity solution to make the adjustment customization.xml file, <RibbonDiffXml> is not coming with the proper information.

Ribbon Workbench, unable to edit anything
