How can I determine which user added a new posting account?

We have found a new posting account for one of our companies and are trying to find out who added this account. We can see the create date but no reference as to who created the new account.

Administration>>Setup>>System>>Activity Tracking. Choose the company and users you want to track changes to your Master Files for.

How do I turn on Activity Tracking to prevent this issue in the future?

The user who created is not recorded in the Account Master table.

You could use Activity Tracking to track future additions.
