I am looking into the reporting options on analytics and insights provided in Customer Insights - Journeys, and in that regard I am interested in knowing, if it is possible to download the journey and channel analytics or the insights from journeys? Is there any way of creating custom reports and is it possible to generate and send these automatically?
I am aware that a custom report builder is in the release planner and will be available in March.
Hope someone can help with some insights into how to use the current analytics and reporting features.
