In Dynamics 365, I want to:

Automate timeline PDF attachments to upload to the SharePoint documents
OR
Filter the timeline by PDF attachments

Currently, I don't see an option to filter the timeline by PDF attachments, but I do see that I can search - which is nice. However, users want to find it under the documents tab or filter by the attachment type. How can I achieve option 1 or 2?

You can use power automate to achieve it automatically.

Attachments in CRM are stored in two different database tables which are ActivityMimeAttachment (Email Attachment) and Annotation (Note).

1)Sync Dataverse Email Attachments to SharePoint

Unfortunate, it can't be achieved.

The following category and subcategory options are available on the filer menu, but do not include attachment
