Tracy, In Modifier, open the form. In the left hand side of the window select local fields. Find your PushButton in this list. It might be PushButtonM34 or something like that. Highlight it and click open. Click the elipses next to Static Values. Now you can enter a Caption, that is what will show on the button. You can also add images if you want to.
