So we have a number of repetitive tacking tools to update along with Opportunities within Dynamic CRM. I was wondering if there is a Dynamic CRM ribbon within MS Outlook so we could email directly from outlook to a clients CRM Opportunity to update it. to avoid going into to CRM and manually updating that and them going into our manual tracker also. We could just update all the notes within the opportunity from just filling in some fields with an Outlook template.
