I tried to achieve this through JavaScript but there also i am geting data in base64 , no idea how to convert that into json array or object(code-https://debajmecrm.com/retrieve-contents-of-file-data-type-field-in-dynamics-365-cds-using-javascript-client-code/) so that i can create json-data for record creation request
Can anyone help me to convert or better approach for creating records from the attached file in CDS....?

do u have any code example of how to convert the base64 file content with this excel parser..?
I don't have an example at the moment. I will try to implement a complete example as soon as possible.
