In April 2020 and for months/years prior, I was able to export the default solution in our Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM Online environment. I typically do this for backup purposes. Now in May 2020, I get an error:
"Exporting the default solution is not supported. To export components, add them to a custom solution. If you contact support, please provide the technical details."
I can't find when this changed specifically; I see articles recommending not making customizations in the default solution, but unfortunately, it has been built this way over the past several years. Any suggestions on what to do next?
