Microsoft Cloud for Retail Pricing

I am trying to understand the various way in which Microsoft Retail Cloud can be priced/bundled. Can anyone help me with the below queries:

1) If out of the 15 capabilities that the Retail Cloud is offering, as a Retailer I wish to opt for just a few of them, how would we go about pricing the same? 

2) If I do not want Intelligent Recommendations, Azure Synapse Analytics or some such products, then how do I know what it will cost me to license these?

Both the questions, though, similar in nature are slightly differing in meaning.
