CRM Dynamics MS Flow config change

Hello,

 

we want that:

 

if someone wants to create a company the flow is creating the sharpoint construction for the data and is going

to put it in the config of the company in CRM.

 

It is able to create the construction in the sharepoint directly.

 

It’s not able to change the config in the CRM.

 

How can we change the CRM config with the flow.

    You can update CRM records using flow.

    we need to change the Config in CRM.

    Explain:

    in CRM is a Save point to Sharepoint if someone create a new Company in CRM we need a new folder strukture in Sharepoint.

    The Problem is the strukture which is create Automatikly from CRM is not greate see this one:

    bute the Problem is:

    we dont wnat to:

    Creating Libraries and Sites using the REST API.

    we wnat to make a flow without the REST API.

    Yes you are right, it makes more sense use Flow for creating your own Document Location than using sharepoint REST API.

    Correct me if I am wrong, you are able to use Flow to create folder in Sharepoint but you are not able to created document location in CRM?

    What do you mean by changing the config in CRM sorry?

    We use the task "Update a record" for CRM to set the "Record identifier" for the "Dokumenten Location"

    to The sharepoint.

    It crashed.

    Could you share the screenshot of the Flow action that does this?

    Its complaining its got text tttest instead of GUID

    You should be using Create Record  not Update Record for this
