Connecting CRM 2013 service pack 1 - 6.1.3.119 (on-premises) to Exchange Server 2016 (on-premises)

Posted on by

Hi all

I'm a junior consultant trying to understand a certain concept. Can someone please clarify whether the following guide will also apply to the situation explained in the subject of this question?

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/dynamicscrm-2016/administering-dynamics-365/mt622062(v%3dcrm.8)

Kind Regards

Seb

I don't think that is a workable solution. CRM 2013 only supports integration to Exchange Server 2007/2010/2013 and not later versions. See support.microsoft.com/.../compatibility-with-microsoft-dynamics-crm-2013

If you want email integration with CRM you will need to upgrade to a later release.
