Hi,

I was checking to see if we could do cycle counting. Below is a screen shot on where i'm stuck. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi Chris,

    #1 - You are in dat company, is that where you want to be ?

    #2 - The drop down is empty, that means journal name is not created. Go to inventory management > setup > journal name. create a new journal name and select type as counting. once you do this, you will see the journal name in above drop down. after saving it, you should be able to add lines / items to the journal for counting.

    I was not on the correct company. I have switched to the correct company. Followed steps #2. It works now.
