Getting windows authentication error After installation in Web client page

Hi All,

I am trying to install dynamics 365 business central , after installation i am getting error "Localhost :8080/BC170/ " while hits this page its asking for user id & password .

page is not accepting my system user id password .

Hi,

Are you sure you have used windows authentication while installation.

If you have used Business Central password authentication then you need to give that username and password.

Try giving your full username with domain like domain\username

Hi, First, please check in Business Central Administration whether Windows Credential Type is used.

Then if you are a domain user, try "domain\username". For example: "jbs\yzhu"

If you are a local user, try "PC Name\username" or ".\username", for example: ".\yzhu01"
