Hello,
I am working on Dynamics CRM 2016 On-premies and I am facing one weird problem since last few days.
Scenario is:
1. There are two users. UserA and UserB
2. UserA has System Administrator Role assigned.
3. UserB has System Administrator and System Customizer Role assigned.
4. Both Security roles are OOTB roles.
5. Both the users are in the same BU.
6. There is one Team created and UserA is the administrator of that team. There is no role assigned to that team.
UserB is not part of this Team.
Issue: UserA is not able to delete some CRM Records and see Access is denied error message. While UserB is able to delete the records.
Please suggest. Is the team admin assignment causing this issue with UserA?
