It will be good if someone share the D365 Finance & Supply chain Microsoft Go-live check list that will be great help or let me know from where I can get it.

    The Success By Design documentation is a great place to start, see the go-live checklist here:
     
     
    This of course will need to be adjusted to include your own scenarios, but it is a great basis to start from.

    Hi, the link shared by Anthony give you a global view of the prerequisite, and when you are ready to kick start the pre-golive process,
    • go to https://implementationportal.dynamics.com/
    • Create a new project, call up the implementation project details from LCS
    • You will see the adequate steps to take based on the modules you are deploying. 
    • All communication with the fasttrack back-office team is taken place on the dynamics implementation portal.
