I have two files one is salesorder.txt and other is invoice.txt

I have integrated my salesorder.txt file with dynamics GP and when i am running integration manager , Quantity Available is decreasing & there is no change in Quantity On Hand. which is fine as per GP standard.

Now when i am integrating my invoice.txt file with dynamics GP (items) Quantity On Hand is decreasing (which is fine as per GP standard) but Quantity Available is also decreasing.

As per GP standard whenever invoice is created there should not be any change in Quantity Available.

Can anybody help with this ?

Abhishek, that would be under the 'Items' folder in the Destination Mapping window for the Sales Order Processing integration.

Abhishek, the only way I know how to do that is with a 3rd party application from Blue Moon called SOP Auto-Invoice (http://www.bluemoonisv.com/productDetails.php?product=SOP_Auto_Invoice)

yes on the sale Transfer Order window.

Do you mean the Sales Transfer Order window? I don't see a field in that window that would be common to both the order and invoice. It could be a hidden field on the window or the link could be handled in a stored procedure. What do you need that info for?

Thanks abhishek. If you consume (invoice) 1 widget on a sales invoice, then you have 1 less widget available for other orders/invoices, no?

invoice is a separate transactions and order is separate transaction but item id and customer are same in both the files.
