Product receipt not creating sub ledger entries for product receipt main account

Hi All,

We are facing a strange issue on AX 2012 R3 CU 13. While a user is doing product receipt, once the receipt is posted, the subledger journal entries only shows 2 entries with purchase expenditure un-invoiced debit and purchase expenditure un-invoiced credit.. Screenshot below.

While it should show 4 entries with purchase expenditure un-invoiced debit and purchase expenditure un-invoiced credit and product receipt debit and purchase accrual credit.

Strangely, when the same process is followed by admin, creating new PO Line and posting the receipt. Subleger journal entries are perfectly fine and showing 4 lines as expected.

Hi,

In addition, please check that the subledger journal entries are not pending in the GL subledger journal entries not yet transferred form. Depending on how the integration is configured the records might be pending or posted later on by batch.
