Hello World,

I'm looking for information regarding the Organizational Insights app in conjunction with tenant/instance structures and how does the cost structure, if any, vary between the environments (sandbox, PRD)?

Any resources or information regarding this would be appreciated.

Hi,

first of all it is still a preview feature, meaning that MS will not help you if you have a problem with even if it is on prod instance.

I think it will be included in the licences of Dynamics 365 for Sales
