Hey All,
We recently had a 3rd party development team work through our transition to the new DUI. When the team did so they changed the version to 9.1.
We are using InsideView a tool to glean data from their customer database. They are trying to pull from application version 9.0. This is causing an issue with loading our InsideView data. As an Admin can i go in and update the microsoft versioning?

Hi, the question is not clear and the tag you put (CRM 2016) doesn't help.
Afaik 9.1 is not available OnPremise so I assume that you have an online instance (something like COMPANYNAME.crm.dymamics.com), in this case wasn't the development team that upgraded to 9.1 but Microsoft itself, if you have now issues with InsideView then you need to contact their support, because you can't change the version.
