Adding a link to view emails in web browsers (outbound marketing)

Based on the new feature enhancement, we will have an option to link and view the entire message in the browser. However, it only works for real time marketing. Missing in my outbound marketing.  May i know if this enhancement only applies to real time marketing only

    I checked the official documentation, which mentions this feature but doesn't describe it too much, and it's currently in the Outbound module.
