I need to create a new company similar to existing company in GP. The new company will be having same master data of existing company. Is there any tool available to accomplish it.

To reply specifically to your PSTL release question, the last version I have on hand for GP 2010 was 11.0.15 (bellow are the latest fixes listed) :

Mahmoud is correct. I would only add that the version of PSTL included with the install media for GP 2015 is incorrect.

If you are a partner you can download the correct version here, otherwise contact your partner.
For your specific case, I would recommend the PSTL- Copy Company , It is a matter of few clicks, and you are up and running
