We Need to integrate Facebook and Twitter as social channels inside CRM 2013 Spring 14 Online to create Leads and Accounts or Cases out of social media. Unfortunately the CRM Solution has prebuild Entities for Social Media Profiles and Social Media Activities but no way to integrate the channels. Microsoft refers to the Social Care Sample Application, which doesn't work and is only a demo solution for Twitter, so unfortunately Microsoft doesn't Support any solution for Facebook or Twitter Integration.
So looking at third-Party Apps leads to Parrot by Webfortis.
After integrating this solution with the newest patch for CRM 2013 I have to say the solution doesn't work and has a lot of user Interface Errors and functional issues.
Does anyone else uses Webfortis Parrot together with CRM 2013???
Or any one else has experience with that tool under CRM 2013?
