Custom Gift Card / Voucher Report for HQ RMS?

Hello,

 

I need so see a gift card report from RMS that shows WHERE (what store) a voucher number was sold and WHERE (what store) a voucher number was redeemed; along with the dollar amounts and voucher balance.  We have two company-owned stores and one franchise store, and need to better understand the activity of vouchers in our Microsoft RMS.

    Hello Bryan,

    I'm glad that helped.

    There is not a way to use the existing report to filter based on date to include all information for any voucher having activity within the set period.

    I am not sure if this is even possible; but if you would like support to take a look please contact Technical Support and create a new incident:

    Thank you so much for your answer.  That get's me about 95% of the way.  Is there a way to filter by date, but also include the history of a voucher that had activity within the filtered time period.  Again, thank you very much.

    Hello Bryan,

    Thank you for posting your report question.

    In testing I ran the Voucher (Detailed) Report; and then moved the Voucher Number column to the far left to sort by voucher number.

    The report then lists the voucher balance; and also shows the Store number where the voucher was purchased (amount is positive) and the store number(s) where the voucher was redeemed (amount is negative).

    Can you please let me know what report you are running when you are not seeing the store information?
