Hello,
When you are setting up a brand new fresh instance, you have to setup everything.
What you can do is to inspire of how the Contoso instance is setup (choose the appropriate company between USSI, USRT, USMF, etc).

It doesn't work like that, you have to think first of your needs and scope. It's an ERP you can activate some modules or not, you have some localizations to activate or not. Think about what you want and then you'll see the mandatory setup accordingly.
