Yes. HQ Client is able to connect and process worksheets. The issue is intermittent but happens at least once a day.

If you go to File | Configuration in Headquarters client, if you click on "Test Connection" on the Database and HQ Database tabs, do you get a message that the databases connected successfully?
if not, you will need to update the configuration so the client can connect with the appropriate databases.
