I'm importing from SWIVEL system to BC using Configuration Package Table 36.

Any idea what causing this to happen? I have created Customer Card already.

Hi Forto,

If you are using currency please check did you enter currency exchange rate or on currency page weather currency exchange rate is setup for that currency or not.

Please try to re-enter the amount for that document line where system passing error.
