Missing attached dockuments in the accounts payable

Hello! Since the last update of BC, one of our customers has lost the function to look at attached dockuments in the accounts payable. It was on a posted purchase invoice and the page was not customised.
This mainly applies to attacheded documents that have gone via purchase order and then posted as a purchase invoice. It has worked before. Has anyone else experienced this? We have not heard anything from our other customers about this.

    On which page did you see this option? Have you tried personalize the page? Do other clients of yours see that option?

    It was on a posted purchase invoice and the page was not customised. We have not heard anything from our other customers about this.

    I am on version 24.2 US and am not experiencing this issue.
     
     
    Won't you have to delete some personalization from the page?

    but it seems to have to do with the fact that it is a purchase order that has been posted, which then means that the attachments are not included from the order. Or they are there as 2 pieces but I can not open them because they "do not exist".

    I would run a test in their environment to double check if posting a PO sends the attachments to the posted invoice. If that part works, then the issue is with the attachment actions simply not being visible.

    Is it possible that the user deleted it manually?
    I suggest you create a new document and try posting it to see if the problem still exists.
