Does anyone know of a product that will handle Panamanian Payroll? Must be in English and interface to SL.

Hmmm... sounds a bit like some custom stuff we did for a North Carolina textile mill.. at least in its complexity, not the details.
SL will, of course, hold as many overtime rates as you need, and does not raise its eyebrows over an 8x rate <g>
I would try to ask some accounting firms in Panama what they have used... it's POSSIBLE that there is a Microsoft Dynamics SL agent/account rep for South America, but I think MS is still in the "only AX for international" mindset, so maybe not. (SO silly... we have tons of SL clients around the world!)
