Error when launching GP2010

Hello,

I received this error when launching GP2010:

'Database trigger TRIG_BatchRecovery registration failed.'

The title bar of the error message is 'Dexterity Runtime'

We have two servers running GP in a load balanced citrix environment. Last week one of my users reported this message on server 2, so I pushed everyone to server 1 - I was unable to duplicate the error, and since it didn't occur again, I let it be.

This morning the error message appears on server 1, and I am able to duplicate it (I can't log in to GP).

Any ideas on what this means? We have not done any updates/changes since June.

Have you removed all 3rd party products?

Update to my above post - I tried to login into GP about 5 minutes after posting the above message and the error message did not occur and I was able to login without issue.

I am still concerned that this error message appeared twice in two weeks on two separate servers.

Any insight is appreciated.
