Dear All,

I am facing an issue as our stores closes at 11:30pm, while in process of closing the store sometimes declaration of cashier happens after 12:00 am.

Those cashiers which are declared after 12:00am yields '0' counted amount in the statement but we have already set end of day from 1:01am to 1:00am.

Can anyone please tell what can be the possible issue?

Regards

Arshad

Have you confirmed that the "end date" in the Transaction Interval section of the statement posting form shows the next day's date?

(I'd upload a picture, but the uploader is not working.)

Are you trying to collect transactions for yesterday's sales, or today's sales?  If yesterday's sales, then shouldn't the start date be yesterday and end date today?

Other than that, I'm at a loss.  Have you contacted your AX partner?

Yes it is yesterday sales which continues after 12 AM today.

I have already contacted AX partner, they are also clueless but looking for the solution.

I will dig more, once I come up with something will update here.

    Anyways, Thanks for the efforts!

    Regards

    Arshad
