Problems with logging into NAV app on mobile phone

We are using NAV 2018 and we have 30 engineers using Iphone 7 and the NAV app to log MWO.

A number of users are having trouble loading the application, they can close the app and reopen to get working after a number of attempts.

is this a known issue?
