Hi Experts,

Is it possible to restrict "change request" option access for specific user.

If using Security role , what privilege should I have to include.

Yes it is, using deny permissions (How to Utilize Deny Permissions in D365FO - Alex Meyer (alexdmeyer.com))

The AOT name of the menu item is called PurchRequestChange, and is controlled by the privilege "Request a change for the requisition" (PurchRequestChangeProcess).

Create a deny permission for that menu item. Alternatively you can remove it from "Maintain purchase order", and then make a new role that grants access to it.
