Physical Inventory Count problem

Posted on by 35

I generated a physcial inventory count in the system, then counted all of my inventory, I then preceded to enter in those counts.

However I did not finish the process in the same day. So today I started where i left off again and noticed that all the item counts I had entered where gone, and I not refering to them as being zero I mean its like they were deleted from the count.

Also on the physcial inventory count it used to say 750 entries now it says 563.

Any one else have this issue.

When you were at the stop point, did you click Ok to save? otherwise it will not save automatically.

Or, have you create a new physical inventory? if you do that, it will delete and make zero qty.

If you committed your previous counts you will need to uncheck the box (just above the print button) that says "Hide items with no discrepancies"
